When you make a request for anything such as information, a consultation or a quote via the website, calendar/scheduling platform, email or phone - we obtain the personal information you directly provide us such as your name, phone number and/or email address. This is stored within the communication software, calendar or tool you used for the purposes of completing your request.

Email and phone communications: With your permission, we may send you emails about your request and relevant updates. This information is stored on domain host platform and/or email client software which is encrypted with standard S/MIME, SSL or TLS protocols within the software host’s platform.

SECTION 4 - GOOGLE SITES & FORMS
Our site is built on Google Sites. They provide encrypted data storage and an automatic analytics platform that provides basic de-identified information about web traffic and activity.
Your data is stored through Google’s databases. They encrypt and store your data on a secure server behind a firewall, and this is covered by their privacy policy and terms of service.
SECTION 5 - PAYMENTS
If you choose a payment option via invoicing link or calendar booking, the payment is enabled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (SPEL) who handles your information as the payment gateway, independent of our website. SPEL is a certified PCI Service Provider of "Level 1". This is the strictest level of payment security certification available in the industry. They use best-in-business tools and practices to maintain an excellent level of security.
This includes TLS encryption for standard information transmission, and all card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys and transmission processes are kept detached from encryption infrastructure and primary services including their website and API.
SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
Aside from any information you directly provide them, the third-party providers we use including Calendly and Google services will generally only collect de-identified information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform standard services they provide.
Any relevant third-party service providers (such as domain analytics, booking systems, payment gateways and other payment transaction processors), have their own privacy policies in respect to the information you provide to them and we provide to them to enable your request or transaction.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by them.
Certain providers may be located, or have infrastructure, in a different jurisdiction. A request or transaction that involves a third-party provider may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its infrastructure is located.
